I would set "ConcurrentDatabaseReload no" to avoid clamd wanting to
allocate in excess of 3G towards the end of a database reload.
This could be triggering lots of swapping which may even trigger
swapping at esxi level
Certainly 40 seconds delay whilst clamd is reloading should not be an issu
