I have not run FreeBsd for years, but it looks you don not have the
sendmail development kit. On a fedora system you need to do something
like:
yum install sendmail-devel

Just at a guess, it looks like you're compiling against a static copy of
lbz2. Can you build a shared copy and try again?

I found following entries while installing "clamav-devel-latest".
After that I decided to go with the prior version of clamAV. eventhoug I have
the same issue, can any one point me where I went wrong, Am in production
environment any one's help is highly appreciated.
