I just updated to the new version of chirp today, 16JUN2019. I download saved
from radio, edit saved, upload to radio, as I have done 100 times or more. I
have 20 saved. I deleted #1, then all frequencies changed to match my 2nd saved
frequency. No matter what my first saved frequency is, it ove
I can hear the FRS radios on their respective channels, I cannot transmit on
those respective channels. How can I enable the transmit on chirp?

Very good point, My situation, I work on film sets, sometimes internationally.
In my particular case, I need to monitor different bands while being able to
transmit on others, carrying multiple radios in Belize in the summer is not an
