Still working on getting a current version of CHIRP on Debian Stable.
Here's the latest.
flatpak uninstall chirp
Found installed ref ‘app/com.danplanet.chirp/x86_64/master’ (system). Is
this correct?
[Y/n]: y
error: Remote "chirp-origin" not found
I have tried to install (or reinstall) chirp usi
That is right, but they conflict. DO
NOT INSTALL BOTH. The reason for the error you get is because you
have attempted to install both. Just because they are in package
manager (from different repositories) does not mean you should
install both.
Current flatpak is 20210310.
Uninstall your "regular" copy before installing the flatpak.

They appear both on Synaptic Package Manager on my system.

The packages chirp & chirp-daily
conflict with each other. Uninstall chirp, then install
chirp-daily.

It seems like I have a version from December 2020 probably installed by
Flatpak.
How to I get rid of it? Normal ways of using flatpak to uninstall don't
seem to work, or the current flatpak is the 2020 version.

Install the flatpak version.
The latest was in the danplanet repository and not the debian repository but
not sure that is being updated any longer.
