David,
I don’t have the transceiver yet; I was researching on how to program it. I am
leaning towards buying one due to the frequencies covered and the price point
and if I purchase it I will reach back out to you / this list and get that ball
rolling.
Thanks,
Jeff

First you have to put in a request to have that model covered by CHIRP,
then one of the developers had to volunteer to add coverage for that model,
then the developer contacts you for the loan, when he receives the radio,
he can start working on developing support for it.
The time depends on volun
How long would you need it?

Not supported.
Open a new model request, mention if you're willing to loan your radio
(nearly a must) to develop a module for Alinco DJ-VX50T

Thanks in advance for offering a loan of your radio to help develop support.
