If you want the appearance of a VHF bank and a UHF bank, you could put the
VHF frequencies in memories 1-64 and UFH frequencies in memories 65-128,
then just keep A in the top half of memories and B in the bottom half of
the memories.

What you want to do cannot be done. The UV-5R (and similar radio
models) have a single ban
