I use EditCP on some of my radios (TYT radios) it is written by Dale
Farnsworth, you can go to his page.
He makes mention to Chirp in his documentation. It is very good much
tighter than most of the CPS you

Yes, the config for DMR is so fundamentally different from most of the
radios CHIRP supports that it would pretty much have to be completely
different software.
