root. But since others is read and execute. The program runs and
everything in the bin directory has the same permissions.

Then update database by this command (continuing as root).
updatedb
Then find "chirpw".
locate chirpw
Find the location, then list the file wi

the dialout group. I cannot connect to my FT-65 unless I run chirp with sudo,
so I have some type of permissions issue.
Is there another group I need to add myself to?
