[chirp_users] No UHF Xmit on Any Tone 778UV

Just got the programming cable for this rig and, of course, CHIRP worked perfectly hi hi I noticed that there is no SETTINGS tab available. Is that by design or is it coming in the future? Only reason I noticed is that the Baofeng package has it available. 73 John KI4RO
