Gentlemen,
This was copied right off the webpage and may provide additional
information.
Use the Downtown Receiver as noted below. 103.5 Hz CTCSS transmit and
127.3 Hz CTCSS receive (or disable CTCSS when receiving).
VHF: Input 146.1 MHz Output 146.7 MHz

I need some help please. I am trying to program a radio with a receive of 103.5
and a transmit of 123.7 and can not figure out how.
