You clarified it has nothing to do with the type of processor and has to do with the OS. I've proved that chirp next should at least finish the install on a 32 bit os but when attempting to run gives a pc error. So this would make it seem like a pc admin issue. But I agree, we need his answer bef

I was still able to get past the licensing step on my 32bit pc here at the store, it just fails to run after the installation happens saying, "this app can't run on your pc" so if its quitting there, its probably some type of admin, security or antivirus issue I would assume. 73 To you! Marc KQ4E
