7/01 version FUBAR also, 6/15 version works. I'll let youse guys figure it

Also note that it should be fairly easy to cancel the skip manually for
now. In fact a difference between an image downloaded afterwards from
the current one may help the developer fix the problem.

This happened after I recovered from a disk corruption and had to
re-install CHIRP (possibly a newer build). Everything else works normally
as before.
