Have you used Chirp with other radios?
I have a Kenwood TH-D7, as well, and Chirp reads and programs it well.
Chirp handles the TH-D7 a little differently than most radios. You do not
have to write your data to the radio because it is written to the radio as
soon as you enter it into Ch
