- `isBooleanType()` is used to check `_Bool` in C99/C11 and `bool` in C++. For
`_Bool` , there is the same overflow problem.
- In C++98/C++11/C++14, for `++bool` and `bool+`, both sets true directly.

platforms.

The 't' was there because __builtin_va_start and __va_start had them, but
