I may be completely overlooking something here but I keep getting "ssh; cannot
resolve hostname" when I try to contact my OSD node's from my monitor node. I
have set the ipaddress's of the 3 nodes in /etc/hosts as suggested on the
website.

Ceph always installs tries to install to the root user on my OSD's not my Ceph
user I created (and always asks for a password!). I think it must be something
to do with editing the ~/.ssh/config file but this doesn't exist on my monitor
