Hi,
i'm trying to set up iSCSI gateways for a Ceph luminous cluster using
these instructions:
http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/rbd/iscsi-target-cli/
When arriving at step "Configuring: Adding a RADOS Block Device (RBD)"
things start to get messy: there is no "disks" entry in my target path,

Hi,
I upgraded my test Ceph iSCSI gateways to
ceph-iscsi-3.0-6.g433bbaa.el7.noarch.
I'm trying to use the new parameter "cluster_client_name", which - to me
- sounds like I don't have to access the ceph cluster as "client.admin"
anymore. I created a "client.iscsi" user and watched what happene

Hi,
the Ceph iSCSI gateway has a problem when receiving discovery auth
requests when discovery auth is not enabled. Target discovery fails in
this case (see below). This is especially annoying with oVirt (KVM
management platform) where you can't separate the two authentication
phases. This le
Hi,
to the people running https://shaman.ceph.com/:
please update the repo for python-rtslib so recent ceph-iscsi packages
can be installed which need python-rtslib >= 2.1.fb68
shaman python-rtslib version is 2.1.fb67
upstream python-rtslib version is 2.1.fb69
thanks + thanks for running this

Hi,
I'm still testing my 2 node (dedicated) iSCSI gateway with ceph 12.2.12
before I dare to put it into production. I installed latest tcmu-runner
release (1.5.1) and (like before) I'm seeing that both nodes switch
exclusive locks for the disk images every 21 seconds. tcmu-runner logs

I can set both values in FreeNAS
oVirt 4.3.6 will "Support device block size of 4096 bytes for file based
storage domains" and I want to know if i can use this with ceph-iscsi
thx

Hi,
I was positively surprised to to see ceph-iscsi-3.3 available today.
Unfortunately there's an error when trying to install it from yum repo:
