Hi Guys,
I'm having the same problem as Oliver with 0.67.2. CPU usage is around
double that of the 0.61.8 OSD's in the same cluster which appears to
be causing the performance decrease.
I did a perf comparison (not sure if I did it right but it seems ok).
Both hosts are the same spec running Ubun
by default.

Hi All,
We've had a string of very unfortunate failures and need a hand fixing
the incomplete PG's that we're now left with. We're configured with 3
replicas over different hosts with 5 in total.
The timeline goes -
-1 week :: A full server goes offline with a failed backplane. Still
not working
is
filled with data as before.
Since all of the required data is on OSD.190, would there be a way to
make osd.111 and osd.117 forget they have ever seen the two incomplete
PG's and therefore restart backfilling?

k them as lost
which would make osd.190 the only replica available for those PG's.
Thanks again

I've trawled the mailing list for solutions but have come up empty,
neither problem appears to have been resolved before.

Hi all,
I haven't had much sleep and have accidentally started an OSD on a mount
point mapped to two disks containing OSD data. I think this was the case,
I'm unable to explain how it happened or if this was even the cause. Yeh..
that tired...
What I think happened was OSD.9's disk was mounted ov
Hi All,
I've had a few conversations on IRC about getting RDMA support into Ceph
and thought I would give it a quick attempt to hopefully spur some
interest. What I would like to accomplish is an RSockets only
implementation so I'm able to use Ceph, RBD and QEMU at full speed over an
