found the issue:
problem was a wrong syntax from Telegraf, which does not create the
socket and because there was no socket, I've got the "no such file ..."
I tried later udp/tcp ... but I didn't read it correctly, that Telegraf
creates the necessary input :-D
Now it works :-)
