updated ceph.conf on all the nodes.
Indeed, services contact the MONs, but it is mainly to retrieve the
crushmap.

cephconf from the monitor node.

changes to be persistent.
I would probably say this is better to from the location of where you
did your initial "ceph-deploy" from.
eg: ceph-deploy --username ceph --overwrite-conf admin
