Yep -- us too. 18.2.7 (via cephadm) upgrade successful :-)

Looks like openssl-libs-3.5.0-1.el9.x86_64 is only in Stream 9 as of now.

Just wanted to share that I upgraded two production clusters today to
18.2.7, I didn’t encounter any issues. Both are containerized clusters.
