thank you for your info. Anything i can do to help to resolve the issue? A
reliable rctime would be really great for backup purposes (even it would need
to fix the time of the files causing the future rctime).

Yes this is a known issue -- an mtime can be in the future, and an
rctime won't go backwards. There was an earlier attempt to allow
fixing the rctimes but this got stuck and needs effort to bring it up
to date: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/37938
