You might want to do the following (with osd_fast_shutdown still set to
false):
Set debug-bluestore to 20 (via ceph config set ... command), restart an
osd and share the resulting log. Then undo the setting.

Which is fixed in the main branch but hasn't been backported to Quincy yet.

Can you share OSD log lines (e.g. last 1K) before the shutdown?
