In the meantime we did update the `mgr/cephadm/cert_store.cert.grafana_cert`
and `mgr/cephadm/cert_store.key.grafana_key` variables by hand and that worked
out for us.
I also tested the python script and it worked well. Makes the creation and
management a much nicer experience.

Yeah... that's right, the way certificates are managed and there's no
documentation on how to set the new ones mainly because it's not easy to do
that manually. I'm
working on some detailed instructions (hosted in the below repo) to help
with that. I tested the script on my test cluster and it work

Just adding weight - experiencing the same scenario with Squid.
We just set empty certs manually to get things working.
