I had followed the steps in the documentation, but it’s likely that something
went wrong during those steps. I copied over the mon store instead, as you
recommended, and it fixed my problem. Thanks for your help, now I can finally
progress with this.

Hi,the pg balancer is not working at all and if I call status the plugin does
not respond, it just hangs forever. Mgr restart doesnt help.I have a PG
distribution issue now, how to fix this?v 14.2.5

I'm having the same issue on 14.2.4. Have you fixed it?
I disabled all modules apart from pg balancer (can't be disabled).
I opened a report with wallclock profiler on tracker

we're seeing active mds failover to standbys every few weeks causing few
minutes of cephfs downtime. It's not crashing, all the log says is.
