The conditional policy for the List operations does not work as expected
for the bucket with tenant. With buckets and users without a tenant,
everything is fine.
The owner of t1\bucket1 is t1$user1.

All object names in a data pool start with a pool ID. I can specify the
same data_pool for multiple zones and this looks like a workaround, but I'm
not sure if this won't be a problem in the future.

Does the v15.2.15-20220216 container include backports published since the
release of v15.2.15-20211027 ?
I'm interested in BACKPORT #53392 https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/53392,
which was merged into the ceph:octopus branch on February 10th.
