Just in case anyone else stumbles across this...
It is fixed in squid 19.2.1 (or possibly 19.2.0, I didn't run that one).
My cron job to run the lifecycle rules each night for those two buckets
is no longer needed.

Interesting, I can confirm that something's off with the muted alerts.

A similar one was already fixed in the latest and squid:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58951/, and this one was missed out on
it. Will try to see and get it fixed in squid as well.
