I am using Ceph octopus in a small cluster.
I have enabled ceph dashboard and when I go to inventory page I could see
OSD's running in mgr node only not listing other OSD in other 3 nodes.
I don't see any issue in the log.
How do I list other OSD'S

I have setup a small cluster to learn with three physical hosts each with two
nics.
The cluster is upp and running but I have not figured out how to tie the OSD:s
to my second interface for a sep
