[CentOS] tcsd service fails on boot because device missing

Hello all, On CentOS 7.1, I activated the tcsd service. When I did it manually, it worked without problem, however, on reboot, I noted it was failed. I restarted it, and it worked immediately. But more reboots confirmed that it's always failing when the system starts. It seems the service is start
