[CentOS] installer and os-prober not finding Windows XP installation

I'm trying to install the build dependencies for an SRPM using yum-builddep, and it's telling me that it can't get the repo sqlite file for updates-source from vault. Any ideas? Something wrong with my repo configuration? The only thing I've done that should have touched the repo configuration is
