I personally prefer to use the OpenJDK build of JDK 1.6 (Sun's JDK
still has licensing issue)

uncofortable to install it in contraversion of rpm db, so I decided to
package it. You can get nosrc.rpm here:

messages redirected to serial port.
I have made the necessary changes in the /etc/inittab file.
