I see nothing in the bios for ACPI which is odd.
in /proc/acpi/processor there is a CPU0 and CPU1
the info file shows process id: 0 and 1 in each file.
So it looks like its there but /pro

In order to view the number of cpu's in top, press the '1' key. You will
then see cpu0, cpu1, cpu2, etc. if there is more than 1 core detected.
