Many thanks for responses. But, I've solved the problem.
I added on .bash_profile in oracle home dir, one line like this :
LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.19; export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL

Go talk to Oracle, that's a big reason someone would go with
a company like Oracle is the support.
Make sure your configuration is on their supported list as
well.
