I finally started yum upgrade for CentOS 6.0+CR x86_64.

but perl-CGI requests for
perl-5.10.1-119.el6 from ISO/base repo.
Can someone advise on the best course of action? Logical would be to
downgrade perl to the one from ISO

Foe a while now, yum update has been failing on the perl-gettext
package with:
Transaction Check Error:

from install of perl-gettext-1.05-1.el5.rf conflicts with file from package
perl-Locale-gettext-
