[CentOS] dbus packages' versions not making sense

I have installed 1.12.8-10.el8_2, but when trying to install dbus-devel it is not available for that version, only 1.12.8-9.el8, which is also not available. Suggestions? # yum list | grep dbus dbus.x86_64 1:1.12.8-10.el8_2
