I have a daemon I can conistently cause a crash on.
https://iangilham.com/2016/12/08/core-dump-from-centos-7.html
Is that the best way (obviously with debug packages installed) to get
the core dump or is there a better way?
It is NOT a CentOS/EPEL maintained daemon.

I believe so - Gnome 3.28+ says even more memory fixes... I would
think something like that they would rebase gnome again (hopefully
before 7.7). But certainly not up to me.

So after much research it seems the only way to "help" the gnome-shell
memory leak issue (I still see it on CentOS 7.6) is to do "export
DISPLAY=:0.0; gnome-shell --replace" periodically. Perhaps in cron.
Is that an OK solution for the LONG haul? Seems to knock the memory back
down and box appear

Hi all,
I am not able to mount samba shares after upgrading CentOS 7.5 to 7.6. I
