I have CentOS7 32-bit x86 AltArch in a VM. Following advice I found on Google, I tried stuff like "sudo yum install centos-release-scl" and "sudo yum install epel-release". They came back with... No package centos-release-scl available. No package epel-release available. What am I missing?
