Ok, cleaned up PATH (with ONLY cygwin paths) solve this problem. But
now I surely have problmes with sources: crt1.o can not be built:
configure: configuring in mingwex
configure: running /bin/sh

Then, when I run the ffmpeg configure script I got the next message:
