Phoebe, It just so happens that we've been working on a C4 Zn-finger (or something very much like a Zn-finger) very recently without knowing that we had one (it's in the PheRS from S. haemolyticus, link to paper below) and we've purified the protein w/o any issues on an IMAC column (His-SELECT). W
