I don't know what went wrong and only have a suggestion how to fix your problem: - use mtzdmp to check whether or not your input file contains an Rfree-flag - if it does check the refmac5-mask if it picked it up correctly. - if it does not, run uniquefy to create the Rfree-set Tim On Mon, May 10
