I will also recommend CoCoMaps tool server to analyse the solvent
accessible area protein which is based on the NACCESS algorithm.

Hello, naccess and psa are golden oldies but there is areaimol in ccp4 which
might also help. For naccess, the best contact would be the author (Simon
Hubbard, Manchester). You could even say you were sent by his examiner ;-0

I want to use the NACCESS Server for the calculation of solvent accessible
surfaces but I cant be able to install it after downloading it. I have
tried linux based but cant be able to install it. PLease guide me how to
install it and If there are other Server
