Dear Huiying, the person who installed shelxc on your system must have compiled the source code him- or herself, but without the '-static' flag. As George pointed out the binaries available from the shelx homepage are statically linked which cirumvents the problem you have. Ask the person respon

SHELXC/D/E are provided as statically linked binaries that were compiled with the Intel ifort compiler, so this gfortran error message cannot have been caused by them. In such cases it is very easy to run SHELXC/D/E from the command line (or e.g. from hkl2map) to check whether they run correctly wi
