I will also recommend CoCoMaps tool server to analyse the solvent
accessible area protein which is based on the NACCESS algorithm.

Dear Friends,
I want to calculate RSR value of my protein and Ligand .
For this I have tried 2fofc.inp through CNS and MAPMAN RS fit
calculation but could not get satisfactory result.
