I want to convert HKL file to mtz. I tried using F2mtz but somehow the
output mtz is not working. What parameters should I set during conversion.
Or can anyone suggest alternative to F2mtz?

I used the server. However I found that the % of residues in disallowed
region given by your server and PDB validation server differs. What could

I am trying to refine my data set collected at 1.9A. The density appears
clean and the fit is also good. In coot, all residues are in green zone in
density fit analysis. Also in Ramachandran plot 89% residues are in allowed
region. Few residues in loop region do not have good density for side
chain
