Hello BBians,
sorry for the off-topic question. I have plasmid which possesses the
precision protease site to get rid of his-tag. Does anybody have precision
protease plasmid? If someone has please share with me. I will be very
thankful to you.

Hi All,
I am wondering if anyone can point me towards a literature where a Ser/Thr
phosphatase was expressed and purified to homogeneity which was functionally
active. Excuse my ignorance as I am new to this field and need some help
getting started.
Thanks,

the ground running for me. I
would also very much appreciate any helpful suggestions that anyone might have.

o the
precautions / pitfalls while dealing with kinase purification.
Thanks and have a great year ahead!
Neeraj
kindly mention the same so that I can send it back to the
journal which requires the same.
I do appreciate your kind help with the same and apologize for this
but just couldn't find the information on the web so had to resort to

Hi all,
I recently came across a question about an interesting idea.
Does anyone know of an example of a protein binding to both Zn2+ and
Ca2+ at the same time? Are there any known well studied precedents at
all if any. Any help of insights would be very valuable.
thanks,
Neeraj
Hi all,
wondering if anyone knows of a user friendly and esy to use
program for generating topology diagrams for proteins. Any help would be
very useful to me.

Hi all,
I am looking for a software that can help me draw a helical wheel
diagram with appropriate coloring of the residues for a few peptides.
Does anyone knows a cool program for the same.
thanks
