Dear all,
Andrea Thorn and I are co-chairing a session at IUCr meeting 2021
entitled "Structural biology of coronaviruses" on the 16th of August.
The subject of the session are structural and functional insights about
the life cycle and virus-host interaction of SARS-CoV-2 and other
coronavirus
It could harm someone if thrown with enough force.
On the good side, it is so big that contact tracing would be way easier!

Since we commonly consider nanofocus a beamline that can go below 1 micron, I
would say anything below 1mm for the sake of uniformity.

The mrc website is the first non-bird related result if you search for
'coot' on duckduckgo (so not biased by my navigation history).

ISO keyboards are bad.
But why not just using disposable gloves to operate the instruments?

I've recently found out the K-index. It's a metric to evaluate the
impact of scientists on twitter vs real life.

That's a great news!
But please be aware that those data are extremely anisotropic. The ones
below the detector are partially absorbed by the experimental table.
Your refinement must take this into account!

You can have a look at Caver.
I find it quite easy to use and it worked for me on some weirdly shaped
cavities.

In addition to what Nicolas has pointed out, is it quite suspicious to me that you have the same multiplicity in the high resolution shell as in the low resolution. On Mar 29, 2017 18:17, Nicolas FOOS wrote:

Hi Adriana,
I support Johannes answer, but personally, I prefer to write directly
the smiles string for your ligand and then modify it.
Since the code depends on the starting atom, it could be tricky to
determine where to mutate if you did not write it by yourself in first
place.
