Hi everyone:
I wanted to check to see what the proper way to include a chiral center
definition to the .cif file.
I have a ligand that is covalently attached to a cys side chain and I wanted to
adjust the chirality of the atom of the ligand attached to the Cys sulfur but I
only have the .cif f
I wanted to ask if anyone has a good reference or tutorial link for displaying
and working with cryo-EM map files in pymol.
Thanks,
George

Hi all:
I want to adjust a .cif file for a ligand that is covalently attached to a
threonine residue and wanted to make the link between the Thr residue and
ligand planar.
I think adding the following line would be the way to define this.
_chem_link_plane_atom.atom_id
My question is how do

Dear All:
I would appreciate if anyone has any good suggestions or recommendations on a
company that I can use to order high quality peptides (specifically
phosphopeptides) for use in co-crystallization studies.
Thanks,
George

Hello all:
I just recently collected data on initial crystals I grew of an enzyme with inhibitor. The crystals diffract to only 3.2 A but I was able to get phases by molecular replacement to see if there is any inhibitor bound. Although the data processed well in HKL2000 with good statistics and th
