try reducing the number of min_build_datasets:
pandda.analyse min_build_datasets=20 ...
The default value is 30 (you can see this by running pandda.analyse
--show-defaults).

I've been playing around a bit with remote job submission via SSH in
CCP4 7.0. I remember I had to patch some files and upgraded a python lib
to add support for ED25519 keys and to allow passing non-standard ports

As a workaround, I deleted $CCP4/lib/libfreetype* and $CCP4/lib/libz*.
This will force CCP4 to pick up the system versions of these libraries
and made it work on my machines (running Gentoo linux with
fontconfig-2.13.0, freetype-2.9.1 and zlib-1.2
