I have installed CCP4 suit on my computer. The OS IS fedora 18. Every time I
open the software, I have to
use the command source. Does anyone else can run it in terminal without that
command?

I got a probem in JLigand. As I run it, a dialog box shows up which says: "
cannot run refmac." However, I can run refmac5 as usual. So what's wrong with
my CCP4?
How can I fix it? plus,my system operation is windows 8.

I'm new to Xia2. I use the windows version. My question is how to use GUI
mode. Specifically, I don't know how to input my data images into the Xia
program. Also I can't find a user guide about GUI.
so could anyone tell me how to use it?

I'm a novice of coot and ccp4. Now I'm doing refinement using both refmac5 and
coot.Here are some problems I'm facing. Really hope you can give me some
suggestions.
1、THE RESOLUTION OF THE DATA IS 2.5 angstrom. After first refinement of refmac5
