Have you solved this problem? Coot and iMosflm used to run on my Mac. However,
after I updated my MacOS to the most recent version, both Coot and iMosflm
stopped to work. Could you please let me know if you have solved the MacOS
problem?

Have you tried P2Rank? It is quite fast, and there is a standalone version
that has command line options to run against all coordinate files in a
directory using batch mode.
