To start blend in my Mac, I have followed the following steps.
in ccp4 (system administration/configure interface/external programs) give
the path as Rscript usr/local/bin/Rscript.
Then in Applications open ccp folder, start terminal in the ccp4 folder.

Using MARCO database we trained DNN model for crystals image
classification. It works a bit worse than MARCO (93% vs. 94%) but from
other hand - it is easier to use by normal user (just need a web
browser) and should be faster in general.
